1  Introduction
As a registered charity, ukraine-aid.info is regulated by the Charity Commission, and is duty-bound to:
 - Work within the legally defined 'Charitable Purposes' it has set out in it's constitution
 - Be accountable for how it spends the monies it receives
 - Use due diligence to protect itself from all forms of risk and ensure the integrity of it's partners and beneficiaries.
2  What we can do
Our registration is based on the following activities:

 - Emergency first aid items; trauma care items; general medical items, equipment, appliances, aids and medicines;
 - Food; baby foods and other ‘baby items’; food and health supplements; family medicines and first aid items;
 - Personal hygiene and sanitary products;
 - Clothing and footwear; baby and infant clothing and footwear; bedding;
 - Fuel; electrical generators; heating and lighting equipment; cooking appliances/ implements and utensils;
 - Storage containers and for fuel, food and water, and water purification items;
 - Tools and building materials to enable essential repairs to homes and shelters, and community, medical and educational facilities;
 - Emergency and rescue vehicles and equipment;
 - Books, teaching and training aids, and any other items used in education and training;
 - Pet foods and basic veterinarian supplies;
 - Protective equipment.
 - Any other non-lethal aid that may help, as requested.
b) Funding aid transportation, or assisting trusted volunteers and groups with aid transport costs.
c) Making donations to trusted volunteers, volunteer groups or other charities involved in the delivery of shared charitable aims.
3  What we can't do
The list above is fairly generic, so if something is not covered, there's a fair chance we can't do it: we'll happily check if you want to work with us on something else though.
4  Partnering Agreements
The Charity Commission requires us to formally sign 'Partnering Agreements' with the groups we work with regularly, or work with for significant projects, to ensure that anything we work on together remains within our legally defined 'Charitable Purposes'.
So far as we are concerned, the more such agreements we have in place, the more good work we can all do together, so bring it on! We will happily take the lead on this and draft the required documentation so we can make this happen!
